Super Bowl is the ultimate snack day. For a healthier way to get your snack on this Sunday, whip up a big bowl of matcha popcorn. You can enjoy yourself without feeling too guilty!
- 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels
- 1/2 tsp of matcha
- 4 oz white chocolate chips (or milk chocolate)
- Kosher salt
Pop the kernels and set aside. Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 10 second intervals. Stir between each interval until the chocolate is melted. Then stir in matcha powder. Transfer the popcorn to a large bowl. Drizzle the chocolate mixture and toss as you go. Make sure the popcorn is evenly coated. Season with salt. Set popcorn into the refrigerator until the chocolate has firmed up, approximately 10 minutes, and serve.
