- 1 cup of milk, any type of milk you prefer
- 3 tbsps of chia seeds
- 2 tsps of honey
- 1/2 tsp of matcha, add more for a stronger flavor
Mix the milk, honey, and matcha. Pour the mixture over the chia seeds and stir until the chia seeds are all covered. Refrigerate. After 10 minutes, stir again to make sure the chia seeds are not clumped together. Keep in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight. You can top it with nuts, fruits, yogurt, granola, etc. and enjoy!
