- 3 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 1/8 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 tbsp matcha powder and more for dusting
- 24 lady fingers
- 1 1/2 cups of cooled matcha tea
In a mixing bowl, mix the egg yolks and sugar until smooth. Fold mascarpone cheese and matcha in yolk mixture. Dip ladyfingers briefly in the matcha tea. Arrange the ladyfingers on the bottom of a dish. Spread the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat the steps making several layers. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Dust with matcha powder before serving.
